Introducing the C4i Management Team
Bart Kohler, President
Bart is responsible for interfacing with various worldwide
organizations in an effort to assist them in fulfilling their personal
protection and physical security needs.
Bart served in
several SOC (Special Operations Capable) units in the United States
Marine Corps. Bart served in these roles from Somalia to the Middle
East. Most recently, Bart returned from serving as a PSD Team Leader in
Iraq.
Bart is an NRA LE (Law Enforcement) certified instructor and has
served as an instructor/ trainer for courses such as Fleet
Anti-Terrorism, CQB, Active Shooter and many others.
Charles Barksdale, Director
Charlie is the Director of Training and Recruiting for C4i Services.
Charlie retired from the US Army after almost 25 years of service,
including 20 of those years in US Army Special Forces.
In the years spent in our country's service, Charlie's assignments
included the 5th Special Forces, 10th Special Forces, 7th Special
Forces, Project Omega (Vietnam), and two tours with MACV-SOG during
Vietnam. He finished out his career as an instructor at the JFK Special
Warfare School at Fort Bragg, NC.
As Director of Training and Recruiting, Charlie performs the
important task of ensuring that the quality of all C4i personnel meets
the strict criteria of our clients.
Jim [last name withheld], Director*
Jim serves as the Intelligence Officer for the C4i Intelligence
Services Practice. Jim is responsible for the development of
intelligence assessments and working with client corporations to develop
threat assessment. Additionally, Jim is responsible for strategic
alliances in the government sector and interests in the Middle East.
A former Marine, Jim is a Department of the Navy trained intelligence
analyst and holds several current high level security clearances. He
has spent the last fifteen years in the technology sector and is
currently an Intelligence Specialist for the US Army. Jim holds a BA
in Russian from the University of Texas Arlington.
